Role: Full-Time Associate Broker
This is a full-time, commission-only sales role focused on working leads generated by Kenna Real Estate Group. You’ll run a consistent follow-up cadence in the Sierra Interactive CRM (with GGMS Marketing workflows) and track performance in SISU. You’ll conduct buyer/seller consultations, guide clients through approvals or listing prep, write clean contracts, and partner with our transaction coordinator to hit every deadline.
Earning potential: $165,000+ annually (commission-based; results vary by production).
Performance Objectives
- Closings: Minimum 18 per year
- GCI: $225,000 annually
- Conversations/Appointments: Hit KPIs (e.g., 37 conversations or 4 new appointments weekly)
Master the Process
- Be fluent in Colorado real estate contracts, timelines, and legal requirements
- Master Sierra Interactive CRM + GGMS workflows for speed-to-lead and nurture
- Maintain accurate data and tags in Sierra and SISU
- Participate weekly: 30-min 1:1, two 30-min role-plays, 1-hour team meeting
Kenna Real Estate Group: Top 5 Agent Commitments
- Hit daily/weekly KPIs (min. 37 conversations or 4 new appointments weekly)
- Own your CRM: tag, track, and follow up in Sierra Interactive
- Deliver the Kenna Customer Experience every time
- Close 18+ deals/year and drive ~$225,000 GCI
- Show up: contribute in meetings and uphold Kenna values on and off the field
